how it works


Please contact us to check our availability on the day of your event.


We do not have a minimum for any event at The Lyons Farmette, River Bend, Planet Bluegrass, or Lone Hawk Farm.

Peak Season (May-October) Custom floral design packages for an event at all other venues start at $2500.

Off Season (November-April) There is no minimum requirement!


We do not offer set wedding packages. Instead, we prefer to create custom, full-service packages after we connect with you in person or on a phone call. We will discuss personal flowers, ceremony décor, table décor, and installation options. After we connect, we will create a line-itemized estimate for you.

Contract & Deposit

We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimate total and a signed copy of our online contract to reserve the date for our floral services. Any changes can be made to your estimate up until two calendar weeks before your event, at which point the remaining balance will be due.


After you book, we will create a portfolio of images representing all arrangements we plan on making for you and a custom color palette. We hope that this is helpful during the rest of your planning process!

Day-of Services

Our pricing structure includes delivery, setup, and breakdown for all events at The Lyons Farmette, River Bend, and Planet Bluegrass. Additional fees may be applied for other venues.
